Pilates Instructor Lena Lee

Lena first chanced upon Pilates in 2003 when she suffered from Lower Back Pain due to her desk bound job. She immediately felt the difference and marveled at the impact Pilates had upon her “battered” body and well-being. She was instantly hooked!

Since 2003, Lena has been actively involved with teaching Pilates, first part time and now full time. She specializes in rehabilitating patients with an existing injury, such as a disc bulge in the lumbar or cervical spine. Her highly personalized classes caters to only a maximum of 3 people per session.
