Chris first came to Singapore in 1993 as a student. After high school, he pursued his passion for Sports & Health Sciences and graduated in the UK as a Sports Therapist. After working in Singapore for two years with sports and medical organisations, he returned to the UK and completed a further BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy. Since then Chris has worked in a diverse range of institutions; from Private Clinics in Singapore, to the British Army as a Physiotherapist, as well as hospitals in the UK (North Tyneside General Hospital and Newcastle General Hospital) dealing with acute stroke, orthopaedic and medical wards. Chris is accomplished in a wide range of sports including basketball, waterpolo, rugby and alpine skiing. He has worked with a wide array of professional athletes in the UK, including first division footballers, cyclists and runners. His approach to assessment, treatment and rehabilitation is very holistic. He works to combine his skills of Sports Therapy with those of neuromuscular Physiotherapy, to achieve up to date and evidence based practice. “I am passionate about what I do and really enjoy doing it. Leslie Ng

Leslie graduated as a Physiotherapist from Sydney Australia in 1998 and continued to work there for several years in various institutions, including the highly acclaimed Concord Hospital Sports Clinic. After 4 solid years working in Sydney at 4 different private practices, Leslie moved to Singapore for the first time. Upon relocation, he worked at several institutions including Alexandra Hospital Sports Clinic, Singapore General Hospital, Singapore Sports School, Singapore Sports Council and another highly acclaimed private practice in the orchard area. His expertise range from the treatment of arthritic pain, to sports injuries and post operative rehabilitation. Leslie is well versed with manipulative therapy and muscle energy techniques. Being a competitive athlete himself, he understands the unique needs of the athlete, young and old. He is also a frequent contributor to publications such as Her World and Elle Magazine, as well as being a regular on radio’s 938 Live “body and soul” segment. |
Genevieve Chan
Sports Physiotherapist
Nanyang Polytechnic
Genevieve (better known to her patients as simply Gen) graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic, and has since worked at Mt. Elizabeth Hospital , treating a variety of conditions ranging from neurological and post-operative conditions to sports injuries and arthritic pain. Gen has also been the on-field Sports Physiotherapist for a number of sporting events, such as the Singapore Ultimate Frisbee and Men's Rugby .
With her passion in long distance running and dance , she has developed a special interest in Sports Injuries and Women's Health issues . Her pleasant disposition combined with her focus on active rehabilitation of the injured athlete makes her an invaluable part of the team. |
